2. Ground Day & Order Tracking
- For products in stock, we'll arrange shipment the next business day after your order was placed successfully. It may take 4-15 business days to be delivered.
- Honbike is cooperating with multi-carriers to ensure a better shipping experience, such as DHL/UPS, etc.
- A shipping/tracking number confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the shipment begins.
- You can track your shipping number on the carrier's website for further information.
- Or, You can track your order on our website, if you have registered a Honbike account.
If your package has been signed, but you haven't received it, please call your local carrier first to check the package situation, and feel free to contact us to get support at email@example.com
3. Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation
- Before the tracking number provided
- No charge fee for address changes or order cancellation before we provide you with the tracking number.
- 10% processing fee is needed for order cancellation or address modification after the tracking number was provided, but have not picked up by the carrier.
- After the tracking number provided
- 20% processing fee is needed for order cancellation or address changes after the tracking number was provided.
- 20% restocking fee will be charged if you reject the package.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
4.Standard Return Policy
For items ordered online from www.honbike.com that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to us without cost, please contact us at email@example.com to get support.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from HONBIKE:
- 1.You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- 2.Only items that have been purchased originally & directly from www.honbike.com, can be returned to HONBIKE directly. HONBIKE products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- 3.For items ordered online from www.honbike.com that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to us without cost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get support for return details in order to meet the return requirements.
- 4.Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the items that were included when you received it.
- Proof of purchase online.
- Repackaged what you’ve received in the original packaging box.
- Unused item in the same condition when you received it.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
- 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- 5.Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund accordingly.
*Notice: This requirement extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable.
5.Shipping on a Returned Product
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide a reverse shipping facility.
6.Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact：email@example.com and provide us with photos or videos proof.
