Standard Return Policy
For items ordered online from www.honbike.com that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to us without cost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get support.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from HONBIKE:
- 1.You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- 2.Only items that have been purchased originally & directly from www.honbike.com, can be returned to HONBIKE directly. HONBIKE products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- 3.For items ordered online from www.honbike.com that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to us without cost, please contact us at email@example.com to get support for return details in order to meet the return requirements.
- 4.Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the items that were included when you received it.
- Proof of purchase online.
- Repackaged what you’ve received in the original packaging box.
- Unused item in the same condition when you received it.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
- 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- 5.Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund accordingly.
*Notice: This requirement extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon first receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return authorization has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 14 days. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business days of approval, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact email@example.com and provide us with photos or videos proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
• All accessories.
• Special orders.
Shipping on a Returned Product
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide a reverse shipping facility.
