You can return your purchased item within 14 calendar days after you received your package. The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on www.honbike.com.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- It is different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the original packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition, with user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Further, please note:
- We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any returns.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
- If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to, extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon first receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return authorization has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Next, we’ll let you know if the refund was finally approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business days of approval, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with photos or videos proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days of delivery

Shipping on a Returned Product
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide a reverse shipping facility.
